Day 7: How To Live Your Real Truth

Hello guys, I hope you’re still doing well, and for the ones who aren’t, what the hell are you waiting for?

Just so you know, I used to be the type of guy to self-diagnose with various mental illnesses just because I seemed to fit some of the criteria all too well. And hey, who knows, maybe there’s something wrong with my head somewhat.

However, what I’m sure of is that it’s not what I see being perpetuated all around the sick parts of the internet.

People flashing their ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia/ASPD diagnosis cards all over the internet make me sad for the fate of humans.

Not to get into whether being diagnosed by a professional really means you have the ailment you claim to have, because this will open a whole new pandora box.

I’m in med school, and trust me, more than half of these professionals don’t know jack shit, and the only thing they care about is to fix the symptoms and make the patient ‘well’, not many try to dig around for the real reasons behind various things, because that’s not where the money is.

If I told you ADHD and Autism don’t exist, would you believe me? And if I said I can cure you in less than a month of meeting you, you’d probably scoff at my words, right?

Well, suit yourself. If you really want to be labeled as a broken being for the rest of your life, than who am I to tell you that you’re worth fighting for?

(Shoo, shoo. If you think I’m spouting nonsense, then my next words aren’t meant for you.)

Let’s talk about the self. The one thing people hold so dear to themselves, and believe to be the main factor to determine their worth in the world and what makes them unique among their peers.

However, that’s just bullshit. That’s merely the amalgamation of the programming we received based on the human society’s response to our existence -well, ours and our predecessors’ to be exact-, and for many people, they have ‘great’ selves, while others, not so much.

If you’re not designing yourself, then someone else is, and not to your advantage.

All of us are born with different set of abilities, and the most important part is that we’re not locked out of other abilities, but rather, with the right perspective, the right first-hands knowledge and enough practice, anyone can be anyone.

So, this is where faulty programming comes into play. The humans’ collective unconsciousness has an agenda, and it’s to make sure its existence continues for as long as forever, and is willing to do anything to make that happen.

So, what’s the best way to do that? To cull the weaklings; the ones whose collective ability worth isn’t good enough (top 60% of people based on the most important metrics, which are social ability, endurance, and generosity).

And what’s the best way to get rid of them? Since they’re units of consciousness and most of them have the ability of self-reference, the tactic has to be subtle.

How would you make another person do something with the best of his ability?

Entice him with money? Maybe, that’s the path religions take to help the defective people on their way out of the genepool, by giving them relief and promising great riches in heaven.

Placate them until they agree? Sure, that’s what the civilizations tried to do. Give the defective a sexual partner, a way to earn just enough money, and wait until they no longer have viable children.

No, the best way to get someone to do something is to make them think it’s their idea to begin with, that way, they’ll do it with extra effort and passion!

Our collective unconsciousness is something that’s existed for as long as we have, and as such, its goals are completely genetic, and unlike religious leaders and civilization conquerors, it wields some palpable control over our behavior.

Cue what I call ‘rejection programs’, which are autism, adhd, schizophrenia, depression, aspd, being gay, choosing to be a martyr, becoming a corporate drone without personal freedom, inceldom, black pilledness, and so on. These are all negative sum programs, meaning that as long as you’re letting such programs run your mind, the chances of your genetics dying with you increases greatly.

For example, autistic people have sensorial and emotional processing issues, sure. However, the moment you deem such issues totally out of your control, that’s when you’re done for real.

You can improve those issues for as long as you work on them, and throughout humanity’s history, many people had very similar temperaments and went on to become great social leaders, great combatants, and so on.

It just requires a special way of perceiving your existence.

Autism’s problem is the brain’s lack of filters for what input matters and what doesn’t, and no matter the reason why your brain might lack such a filter, you can create one. Occult will be your best friend.

Same for ADHD, sure, you may have some problems keeping your attention on tasks that aren’t to your liking for an extended period of time, but that’s no where near problematic enough for you to need adderall and ten cups of coffee a day.

Rather, the biggest problem is your psyche has developed a defense mechanism of trying to run away from any and all problems if they prove dangerous above a certain threshold.

You need a lot of exposure therapy, and Occult will also be your best friend.

Today’s blurb:

I’ve studied for five hours today, and I’m amazed on how different my ability is compared to the times when I lacked such knowledge. Many people preach that real world practice and facing things head on is the best strategy, but having key knowledge trivializes certain issues completely. Before, I used to have great brain fog whenever I try to study, and start thinking that maybe doing nothing is my best bet since it’s all meaningless anyway, and that it’s unlikely to achieve my school goals either (because of perfectionism). However, I have clear thoughts now, and I no longer have crippling fear of failure, but rather, I’d be happy to face it on whenever it comes. I have great goals for my life onward, and I’m happy to be able to share such good vibes with y’all.
