Many of us make the mistake of getting addicted to video games, doom scrolling, or substances, and the reason for that is simple.
Our brains are stuck in a low vibration, thus, our priority is short term pleasure (aka dopamine), because our nervous system believes that it’s unlikely for our actions to make any conceivable difference.
There are many ways out of this rut, but all of them involve facing some (previously) insurmountable obstacle and overcoming it.
You’ll need to fear something, attempt it, fail miserably, for as many times as it takes, until you understand the deepest truth about yourself.
That as much as you can go outside, you can do the same inside, and with the same results.
All that you’re looking for outside yourself, like praise, attention, rewards and whatnot, all exists within you, because other people are, on a fundamental level, units of consciousness just like you, albeit with slightly differing information stacks and vibration frequencies.
You must understand that life is just like those video games you play so much.
In fact, many people are looking for games with great mechanics, great graphics, and amazing character development, yet they fail to see the greatness in front of them.
Life is all of that, and more.
What escapists look for isn’t a different world, but rather, a new situation where their old baggage doesn’t exist/can’t hinder them.
And guess what. You can do that.
Just let go of all that made you, you. All the bad experiences, all the good ones. Let go of them, and don’t hold them dear in any way. Learn from them fully, but don’t identify yourself with them.
You are just a consciousness, and all these identities are just that, identities that you can choose to carry or not to.
That revenge you seek all the time? Give up on and let go of all that negative tension, reclaiming it back to yourself. What that person/people did wasn’t good in anyway, yet you’re better than that, and instead of wasting too much energy on keeping it alive, just let it go, and live!
Be better, and if you cross ways with those who hurt you, then you can choose. Either treat them good, or bad, just like you would any other person, but without reliving your old memories.
Let go of your proudest memories as well. As much as they bring you joy, they’ll be your cage if you’re not careful enough. They helped you learn what you were good at, but that’s not the full picture of what you can do well, so be yourself and be more!
Live life, starting today!

Blurb:
I have many hopes and dreams, always had, but not the energy to make them come true. I always felt that many parts of many had different agendas. One version of me always wanted to take it easy and be a bum, another just wanted endless work, and another just wanted to see bad people burn. Yet, I couldn’t prioritize.
I always wanted the best for myself, but at times, people’s words hurt, and my existence felt so minuscule, that I wished I could hide all of my abilities, just to not inconvenience people.
But enough is enough. I’m short, balding, socially unconventional, so what? Just because I don’t fit society’s mold for a winner, this means I don’t get to try.
I say what, I say fuck’em all. I’ll do my best and be the best version of myself. Call me a tryhard, call me a compensating manlet, or even the reincarnation of Napoleon Syndrome. I don’t care anymore. I’ll do my best, because clearly, no one in this society wants what’s best for me. Only I care enough and know enough, so I’ll do what my head says.
Starting from this moment, I’ll close myself to all outer opinions, no matter how valid they are. Starting from this moment, everyone knows nothing about the world, and only I do. They don’t know what’s best for them, and they’ll only find out after meeting me.
I’ll break all limits, and become the unstoppable freight train.

Those were some over the top words, sure, but that’s the spirit and programming you need to win, especially with unfavorable circumstances. You must earn your win, because everyone’s projecting their vision of you, on you, and unless you have the halo effect, their vision of you will always be worse than what you can do.
Be strong, warriors, for this world is free and for you.
