Day 42: How To Decide Your Way Of Living

At some point, you’ll understand.

That life is so easy, but only monotonous and repetitive.

You’ll learn how to become the person you want to be, and the only problem at that point is you no longer know what you want to be.

Or even what it’d mean for you to become the person you wish you were.

I call it energy saving mode. Your body needs to feel safe to engage with the changes you demand of it, so take your time.

Healing isn’t through doing or hard-work. Healing is through healing, just like everything else.

If you need to do nothing for a while to fix your programming, then do it!
