Day 26: How To Transform Your Reality Now

If you’ve read my previous post, then you’d understand that life is more consciousness-like than matter-like.

Hence why, to make any lasting change in the real reality, it must’ve already taken place in your mental one.

And how to do that?

You must think like this: The more comfort you give yourself, the more you validate your current thought loops as winning ones. Your brain doesn’t understand literal language, only symbolism, and as long as you’re living life fairly well, your thought loops will accompany you forever.

So, what to do about that?

Simple.

Have the mentality of a deranged mad man.

Instead of doing things based on their benefits, or comfort-level and other great things, do them in as difficult of a way as possible while still being just barely manageable.

Your goal is to explode yourself, your programming, through sheer overwhelm.

At that point, you’d need to adapt, and your brain will unlock and let go of useless thought patterns just to survive the onslaught.

I understand that it’s difficult for losers (don’t worry, I used to be a loser) to willingly put themselves through discomfort, but instead of making those choices every day and suffering decision fatigue, you can just opt for a one-time package deal.

Burn all your relationships, buy plane tickets for a country where you don’t have a good grasp of the language, and take the minimum with you.

Oh, and make sure to spend all your money or put it in your parents/sibling/girlfriend/wife’s bank account.

You’ll be forced to face discomfort, and the first thing your brain will do at that point is to get rid of the dead weight. You’ll need efficient thought patterns or you’ll die, and your brain’s utmost priority is always your survival.

Or, instead of that radical change, you can enroll for a college that you deem difficult for you. Or start preparing to become a navy seal (what david goggins did), or maybe imagine the best version of yourself, the one you’d be proud to wake up as, and be him.

There’s nothing to say here. For today, I’ve done well for myself, but I can do even better. Amazing results warrant eccentric approaches, and that’s what I need. That’s what my current program is built for. The goal for the next few years is to mold myself into a version that can be whatever it must be to get the job done, and I’m working towards that. An hour of meditation, and two banishing rituals, with occasional astral work. We’ll see how it goes, but the fact that I can already work is a testament for the massive potential for these practices. I’ll keep y’all updated.
