Day 35: How To Navigate The Dark Night Of The Soul

Ever felt like you could do many great things, but you felt it all was pointless?

Do you dream of achieving a lot, but you no longer feel that your dream is realistic statistically?

Do you find yourself losing your way, and seeing everyone living their life, as if nothing bothered them?

Can’t you find something you really enjoy and want to achieve?

Such is life, for you to be able to achieve something, you must believe it to be possible.

For belief to bloom, you must actually want it to.

For you to want something so much that it can start turning to reality, your whole being must be invested in it.

To make it happen, you must master stillness, and be your tasks.

blurb:

I didn’t want to do shit today. I just wanted to read manga and rot all day in my bed. Why’s that? Mostly because of the lack of energy, and my divisive mindset.

My brain isn’t that energetic, and when the energy drops past a certain level, I can no longer keep things afloat.

Thoughts about inevitable failure, and endless nihilism and cycles of suffering that I’ll kick-start if I interact with the world, it stifles me. Usually, when I have enough energy, I can push through and inhibit those thoughts such as they don’t affect me too visibly, but when I’m tired, I can’t do much.

So, the only solution to this, is to fix the program inherently. It’s stupid to believe in pessimism and nihilism, so I’ll work more on observing my thoughts and controlling them.
