Alright guys, welcome back! I hope you’re all doing well, and thanks for your support of my journey of infinite growth and awakening.
At this point in my blog’s life, I know the audience isn’t that big, but nevertheless, I will share with you some of the basic knowledge and strategies that will outline the next few years of my life.
We’ll begin with the universe itself.
First of all, there was nothing, then, there was light.
That’s what we all know and believe in vehemently, but it’s wrong.
The universe hadn’t changed at all from its beginnings, we merely perceive it as different. Sounds ridiculous? Let me explain.
Y’all know about energy, right? And I’m sure most of you have heard of matter and anti-matter, and string theory as well.
Sure, Einstein’s formula links matter and energy, and as we see during nuclear fission, matter can become pure (destructive) energy.
But then, where did the energy found in our universe come from?
Think about it. The answer will shock you; I’ll leave it at the end of this post.
With the theoretical part of the post done, we’ll get into the practical part.
Meditation is the tool that will see the most use in my journey.

For those who don’t know, meditation is the practice where you choose a resting position (sitting or lying) and you empty your mind of all thoughts. Whether by focusing on your breath, on a point in the opposite wall, or by raw dogging it.
The aim is to silence your thoughts while keeping your nervous system in a state of rest.
People don’t really understand what meditation truly is, and that’s why many of them have mixed opinions on it.
It’s not a stress relief tool, nor a way to improve your optimism. Heck, it’s not even a method of improving your focus or getting rid of intrusive thoughts!
(It does those things for sure, but that’s not what’s actually happening when you meditate).
When you meditate, you die.
Yes, that’s right. Whenever you stop thinking, you’re effectively dead. In fact, it’s killing your ego/programming/perspective, but to the average person, that’s who he believes his true self to be.
So, to the average person, whenever he meditates, he’s killing himself.
Don’t believe me? Then, let me ask you this.
Where do you get your sense of identity from?
.
.
.
Got an answer?
Maybe it’s your principles, maybe it’s your hobbies, maybe it’s your likes and dislikes, or maybe it’s your plan to change your life around.
Whatever it is, it’s gone the moment you stop thinking. Sure, it’s stored in your memories, but do you think you’d remember anything if you went years without refreshing your memory of it by thinking of it again?
No. All brains delete memories, or at least make accessing them quite difficult if you spend a long time without reminding yourself of those memories. That’s why many people don’t remember much of their elementary school days, even though they have an idea of what their lives were like back then.
If you’re unsure whether it’s true or not, you can experiment. Meditate for more than two hours at a time, and see for yourself what it’s like.
Then, this question might appear in your head.
“But Zero, why would you want to kill yourself?”
Easy. Because that self (aka programming) doesn’t serve me anymore. Not everyone has a ‘good’ self from the get-go, hence why some people aren’t as attached as others. If you had great experiences whenever you tried something a little risky, you’d have good programming, and meditation will seem like a devouring monster to you.
However, for the underdog, meditation is liberation.
Many people go through this experience at some point in their life, we call it the dark night of the soul.
They get kicked down, thrown away, and stopped whenever they attempt to do anything, and their brains conjure this victim ‘self’ as the identity of the person.
At that point, there are only two options. Either you suck it up and live like a victim for the rest of your days, or, do your absolute worst to change who you are and craft a better life for you.
I chose the second option. Being a victim isn’t fun.
So, I’ll be meditating every day for one hour, increasing the duration bit by bit as soon as possible. The goal is to destroy all the negative looping beliefs/thought systems/residual emotions/pent-up energy, and acquire a net positive programming.
The aim is to build a strong and useful ego/programming/frame/personality, then identify with it to a certain level that it can do its magic.
The goal of this blog isn’t to make fun of people who think they are their ego, nor is it to pretend that the material world is all that matters and peace is worth nothing.
Having good programming goes a long way, and you’ll see in a couple of months through real life results.
You might ask, “But what assures you that the world won’t traumatize you again and again? Leading to your meditation being meaningless?”
That’s a valid concern.
Some people by their (genetic) nature are more vulnerable than most to external negative emotions (aka high sensitivity/empathy), and some are more likely to get targeted by negative emotions like bullying and reputation attacks (having neurodivergence of any sort). Usually, these two traits appear in the same people, giving birth to someone whose existence in this world is more of a burden than a joy.
However, it’s possible to protect yourself from malice, through the power of your brain/nervous system.
You’ve heard of the placebo effect, right? Then, what I’m about to teach you makes use of the areas of the brain responsible for that effect, taking them to their maximum power.
Some of you might call it delusions, but are they really delusions if you’re the one manufacturing them, and for your own benefit? I don’t see pep talks and motivation speeches being called ‘delusional’ even though their goal is to give confidence to people who lack it by convincing them that they already have it.
We’ll talk more on this method of protecting yourself from negative emotions in the next post, so stay tuned.

Day 1’s self-description:
I had some trouble getting my website to work today, so I had an excuse to give up on it completely and scrap the whole thing and go back to being a loser in a ditch. However, I had enough energy to persevere, even though I would’ve liked it more if I had a hard working personality from the get-go. I envy those who can do what they want whenever they want. I’m behind on university’s work, and I have an exam coming up that I haven’t even started studying for. At least, I’m consistent in the gym and semi-consistent with my diet. I meditated for one hour today, which gave me a breathing room from the piling up responsibilities. Sometimes, I wish I was a rock, that way I’d be, without having to do, but alas, I’ve made up my mind. I’ll keep going on this journey without waiting for any results or positive outcome to motivate me.

With this, we finish another day.
New daily skill: Meditation.
P.S. you thought about where the energy in the universe came from? It was pure consciousness/Aether at first, before dividing into many aspects, including energy and matter.
But who’s non-dual consciousness divided to give birth to this universe? Of course, the universe.
It’s a never-ending loop containing itself, and that’s god.
